1920’s Original Vintage Black Hat with Blue Flowers

1920’s Original Vintage Black Hat with Blue Flowers.
This hat has a pleated crown accented with imitation horsehair. There are blue velvet flowers on front and slightly to the side. The flowers have yellow or white centers and there are green velvet leaves completing the look. The hat has a small brim with an imitation horsehair overlay. There is a wire inside the edge of the brim. The hat is marked large and is 23” around. There is a grosgrain ribbon band around the base of the crown and across the middle crown that is purposely twisted.
There are minor separations in the “horsehair”. I found one break. The flowers could use a steam to flatten them down. The stamens look to have had orange tips at one time and many have lost that coloring.
