1920's Original Vintage Black Satin Cloche Hat

Description

This black satin hat has a brim that is turned up in front and on the sides. It is accented with a inverted V in the front. It has top stitching detail and a rhinestone and black hat pin. There are pleats in the front crown that extend to the back of the crown. The lining reads Le Barlo with a millinery association seal of America stating its approved by the National Committee on correct style.
There is a small pin hole under the hat pin, probably from another pin. 7 very small shred marks on the back of the hat. the lining has been repaired and there is soiling around the inside. See photos.
