    A wonderful and elegant antique original Victorian1890’s brown straw Toque styled hat. The hat is trimmed with brown and gold velvet. It has a turned up brim. The inside crown is lined with black silk and the hat has an elastic chin strap. The hat is on very good condition. There are no age flaws.
