Absolutely stunning ,Art Nouveau black and blue silk hat.
It looks like it was constructed over a black straw hat
Black silk satin panels edged in gold and cording run
around the turned up brim.
In between panels small black carved glass or jet buttons.
Several ostrich feathers finish off this look.
Material : Black glazed straw ,silk ,black cording,
black glass buttons
and black ostrich feathers.
Lining : Yes ,black material

Inside measurement: about 22"
Height : 6"
From front to back (inlc. feathers): 13"
Label : Tenne Importer Hats....  Paris....New york
Condition :  Good ,some of the black satin inserts
need to be replaced see pic 5.
Back underneath rim satin needs to be replaced
