The
vastly-overlooked
Norfolk Island "Shorelines" issue - the very last definitive series produced for NORFOLK POST - was released in two parts of 6 stamps each:
30 September 2013
>15c - Ball Bay, 60c - Second Sands, 95c - Anson Bay, .20 - Slaughter Bay, .70 - Bumboras, .85 - Emily Bay
7 May 2014
> 5c - Cemetery Beach, 10c - Beefsteak, 25c - Crystal Pool, 70c - Cascade Bay, .75 - Gannet Point, .60 - Duncombe Bay
The designs illustrate Norfolk's many fine beaches, bays, and saltwater pools, which are major tourist attractions for visitors from Australia and New Zealand.
ONLY 20,000 "SHORELINES" SETS WERE PRINTED, but due to the
invalidation of ALL Norfolk Island Postal Service stamps
on 30 June 2016 (see below), far fewer than the 20,000 printed sets were sold, the stamps being on sale for only 2 to 2½ years.
IN ADDITION, between 2013 and 30 June 2016, and including stamp booklets (10 stamps each) and souvenir sheets containing up to 3 stamps, Norfolk Island had multiple commemorative sets, many of which were available for purchase
at the same time as the "Shorelines" issues
.  Except for a few, these stamps were mainly
of similar face value
to the "Shorelines" series.  This makes the number of
complete "Shorelines" sets in existence
almost impossible to estimate, perhaps as few as 3,000 to 5,000 sets.

On 1st July 2016, Norfolk Island became a regional council of the state of New South Wales, Australia, and thus ceased having its own postal service and postage stamps. This ended a 70-year record of exceptional local issues. The first local issue was the "Ball Bay" set of 10th June 1947.  Prior to that date, Australian stamps had been used on the island.

Norfolk Island decimal currency postage stamps issued by their Postal Service from 14 February 1966 until 30 June 2016 were
INVALIDATED ON 30 JUNE 2016
.  All prior Norfolk Island pre-decimal stamps were withdrawn or invalidated by 12 February, 1966.
Australian stamps are now valid on the island, and Australia Post issues separate stamps with a “Norfolk Island Australia” inscription, similar to its stamps for the Australian Antarctic Territory, Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
