Presenting for consideration a superb Italian sterling silver mallard duck miniature figurine.
This cheeky and adorable little guy is larger than life and goes by the aptly name of 'Happy Duck.' It is made by the fine Italian manufacturer Saturno in sterling silver and has an enameled head showing off the traditional colors of a mallard. This beautiful piece will brighten up anyones day every time they glance at him.
I believe this is the largest duck in this series, which consists of 3 ducks in various sizes.
This is one of the most beautiful models of the ducks made by Saturno. The expression and posture of the duck makes one almost hear the exciting duck sounds that it is making. This duck is quite vocal!
Saturno sterling silver animals are designed and manufactured in Italy to the highest and most exacting standards. Each piece has been cast, hand polished to a beautiful finish, and then hand enameled by highly skilled painters with superb attention to detail, creating overlapping colors, which are then repeatedly glazed and baked in high temperature kilns.
