Description
Offered up for auction is a rare and difficult to find complete three piece set of a 1944 Michigan Resident Deer Hunting license, backtag and matching antler or horn seal. From time to time you find one of three pieces but rarely do you find all three pieces together. The backtag is complete but has pin or sew holes on the outside side boarder. The license portion is very legible but has a center fold mark. The metal horn seal is in excellent shape. The back portion of the license has some interesting information from the 1943 season. You will see tha 60 hunters were killed or wounded during deer season and 102 during small game season. Those are huge numbers! This three piece set would make a great addition to any serious Michigan deer, bear, turkey or any other hunting, fishing or department of conservation related collection. Buyer pays .00 shipping & handling. Make sure to check my other auctions for more Michigan hunting related items. We do combine shipping. Local pick-up welcomed.
