VINTAGE STERLING SILVER FILIGREE HORSE & CARRIAGE FIGURINE BEAUTIFUL

I can not get exact weight because the carriage is wired to the red base.
I'd rather not try to disconnect it because i may damage it,
plus its best to be wired to the base for shipping.
This was from an estate sale so I don't know much about it.
It is amazing to see the work that went into.. fringe moves.
