Description

this is a precious sweet hat stand.  I have revamped the older piece with some Deco and Antique lovely pieces.
Ruched Deco silk around top with paper rose, the antique German Porcelain Small Half Doll and the Antique Lace with tiny silk ribbon work around her waist.  All additions are permanently adhered.
